I'm upset with you. You told me that I would go to Shaftel Diamond and find a good diamond and I DID! I'm upset because I did not know that it would be so easy and effortless. I looked at a total of three diamonds and chose the second diamond and paid for it that day. It was ready in less time than Keith Shaftel said it would be ready. You told me that I would meet an honest dealer that could answer ALL my questions about a diamond and I did. I'm like the guy in the fed ex commercial that just truly did not expect to get what I asked for and at a good price. Keith showed me his best. You have truly done your homework. Keith was helpful, gave no pressure to buy, a man of honesty and integrity, gave me very competitive prices, and most of all informative and patient. Since my father and I have such a good relationship I took him with me. He was truly impressed.

NOW it's all on me... how will I propose. I've spent more time thinking on that than anything else. I do have a suggestion for you. If you had some romantic ideas for proposal on your website that would complete the triangle. Robert, I'm NOT AT ALL upset with you. I'm thankful that everything went as well as it did and grateful that I found your free service. I promised that I would let you know about my experience with Shaftel Diamonds. I tried to think of one word that would describe this experience and I could not. So I combined two words (Fantastic and Fabulous) to form _Fantabulous_ and that barely scratches the surface of the experience Mr. Keith Shaftel gave me.

First off, I would like to thank you for the education you provided to me in my quest for a diamond anniversary ring and most importantly, recommending Keith Shaftel. I had been perusing the internet for some time and feeling a little frustrated from all the different sites offering the _best_ deal on _quality_ diamonds. Thanks to the education that you provided, I felt that I would do better personally visiting a diamond jeweler.

When you emailed the contact information for Keith as one of your recommended jewelers, I felt confident that I would be able to hold my own. Keith was quick to respond and let me know that he would be happy to meet with me at my convenience. I called Keith and we set an appointment.

Now comes the best part. When I entered his establishment, we did not sit right down and look at diamonds, instead he took the time to get to know me and what I was trying to accomplish. Then we sat down and he started selecting some diamonds for me to view based on my criteria and also what he thought I might be interested in just from our conversation. By no means am I a wealthy person, but Keith was quick to put me at ease. He made some suggestions that were within my budget and because of his taking a personal interest in my situation was able to produce a diamond that I would never have thought that I could afford.

We looked at several different diamonds, sizes, clarities, and color grades. Each diamond that we viewed, he explained fully the positive and the negative characteristics associated with them. Of all the questions that I asked, never did Keith give me a demeaning or condescending answer. He explained his answers fully and educated me at the same time. Keith also did not tell you what you _ wanted to hear _, more importantly he told you the truth.

After selecting the _ perfect _ diamond, I showed him a picture of the ring I would like it mounted on. He said that he would have no problem creating that for me. Keith was also very good about keeping me abreast of the ring building process. As a matter of fact he told me that I (meaning Keith) did not like the way the first casting of the ring came out so he had it redone. This made me feel as though he was making this ring for his wife and was making sure that it came out perfect. I could probably go on a few more pages, however, let me end with this.

Keith never ever treated me as a client; he treated me as a friend who cares. I can't speak for Keith but I am truly honored to call him a friend. Because of that, you can be assured any future jewelry purchases will be with Keith Shaftel.

I should also mention when I gave my bride of twenty years the anniversary ring after a romantic dinner, she was speechless. This is a woman who is from Massachusetts and is never at a loss for words. It ONLY took me twenty years to figure out what it took for her to be speechless. Thanks Keith! I should also note that she has yet to take the ring off of her finger. I mean she even sleeps with it on!

Now, in my humble opinion, anyone else who contacts your website looking for a jeweler and I don't care what zip code they submit, you should refer Keith Shaftel.

And should they ever respond saying they had anything less than a stellar experience with Keith Shaftel, suggest they go to a neurologist for an EEG, because there must be something wrong with their synaptic impulses in the brain. But that is just my humble opinion.
