LIFETIME SERVICE GUARANTEE
We will check and tighten stones, polish and clean any jewelry and size most rings
purchased from us free of charge for as long as you own the item.
LIFETIME UPGRADE GUARANTEE
We will give you full credit for any diamond purchased from us towards any diamond
or jewelry of at least 1.5 times the price of the original diamond. Upgrades can
only be issued to the original purchaser with the original receipt, original lab
certificate - if any - and policy card (issued at time of purchase.)
LIFETIME BUYBACK GUARANTEE
We offer a guaranteed buyback of at least 75% of the original purchase price. This
offer applies to all diamonds of at least .70 ct. each. Half the buyback amount
will be paid in cash (company check), and half in store credit. Buybacks can only
be issued to the original purchaser with the original receipt, original lab certificate
- if any - and policy card (issued at time of purchase.)
As used jewelry may not be re-sold as new, the above offers apply to diamonds only.
